In order for us to better understand the event you are planning, and to see if the Foundation can participate, please fill out the form below. Press releases, website mention of, or any other materials utilizing the VH1 Save The Music Foundation's name and/or logo must be approved by the Foundation prior to inclusion in any materials and release to the public. Once your project is approved, we will be happy to send you our very extensive fundraising toolkit that you can use to mobilize your friends, family and community members to take action as well.
